Product & Drop Availability

Geedup operates on a limited drop model. Products are released in limited quantities at scheduled times and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee availability of any product, and once a drop is sold out, it may not be restocked.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer during drop releases to ensure fair access for our community.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped
  • We use secure third-party payment processors; Geedup does not store your full payment card details

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only. Geedup is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
